It is recommended to charge your nebulizer for 6hrs for your first use.

• Nebulizer should always be turned off when changing oil.
• LED blinks when charging. Turns red on full charge.
• Repeated charging and discharging of this product will result in a decrease in battery efficiency over time, which is normal for rechargeable batteries.

Seperate nozzle and tube from bottle.
Prepare a thin needle for the next step.
Insert thin needle into the nozzle and rotate slightly till it touches the bottom.
Replace old tube with a new one to start your scenting experience.

Scent up to 60-100 metre square.

Any intensity is great for bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens and home offices.

Low intensity is recommended for cars.

• Do not overturn or leave your nebulizer on its side while oil is inside.
• Oil spill may cause permanent damage to the air pump.
• Any alters, modification or repairs to nebulizer will automatically be void of warranty.
• Avoid using nebulizer in extreme heat or cold. (10°C - 40°C)
• Keep nebulizer and oil out of the reach of children and pets.

.Our oils are 100% pure with absolutely no fillers, diluting oils, synthetic fragrances, or unnatural components of any kind.

Please expect to receive your order(s) within 3-5 business days for orders within Singapore. 

All our international deliveries are handled by UPS and FedEx. There may be delays during this period as we are experiencing issues with our inventory, which may take us longer to pick & pack your order(s).

PO Boxes
We are unable to deliver to Post Office (PO) box addresses. Our couriers can only accept deliveries to standard addresses.

Taxes & Duties
Taxes & Duties will be included in the final amount of your order upon checkout, this excludes Australia, Brunei, and the United States.

Delivery timeframes include the packing of your order upon confirmation. All deliveries come with a tracking number.

We don't deliver to P.O. boxes, army camps, hotels, and most of the islands in Singapore because your delivery requires a signature upon receipt.

No deliveries on Sunday and public holidays.

After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, your parcel will be returned to us. But we'd be more than happy to redeliver your order!

We're not able to drop off your parcel without a signature being collected upon delivery - we want to make sure it reaches you safely!
You may request for the delivery to be arranged without signing for it, but we can't guarantee that it will reach you if the parcel is stolen or misdirected.
